Santa's Grotto
Sunday 6th December 2026

It's getting that time of year again and we are making preparations for Santa's visit to Stamford again this year.

The Grotto is being checked and the presents are being stocked so that we have enough to go round.

The Grotto will be in St Michael's Church Yard again this year and you can see his sleigh in there too.

The Grotto will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please do come down early because he gets very busy and we don't like the children to be disappointed.

Parents/Guardians please feel free to bring your camera/phones with you to capture the moment your child meets Santa, it's a great memory.

You could also take a photo of your child in Santa's Sleigh for a donation.

Unfortunately we are having to increase the price this year to £4 per child.  This includes an age appropriate gift to keep them going till Santa brings all those presents on Christmas Eve.

Santa always looks forward to visiting Stamford and seeing all those lovely children.

His elves and of course Mrs Claus will be coming with him again this year.

Look out for Rudolph, he will probably make an appearance.
